Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please bring any relevant scans or reports. You can also bring your referral if you have one, although it is not mandatory to have one to begin physiotherapy treatments. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily during your assessment. If you have private health insurance, bring your physical or digital health card to claim on the spot via the terminal.

  • Yes, we accept all major private health funds through HICAPS. This allows you to claim your rebate immediately after your session. Gap payments can be made via credit or debit card, or eftpos.

  • Initial assessments are 60 minutes and follow-up consultations are 45 minutes. Sessions are intentionally longer to provide thorough assessments, hands-on treatment, and tailored exercise plans.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost.

  • There is limited street parking available (metered) and several paid car parks within a short walking distance. Public transport is highly convenient, with tram and train stops nearby.
